Refund Policy Agreement
By purchasing products and engaging in transactions on our website, Nonmig3008, you agree to the terms established in this refund policy:
✅ Refunds WILL be granted under the following conditions:
- If the artwork has not been delivered within 24 hours of your purchase.
- If the delivered artwork does not meet your specific requests (for example, errors in the Artist name or Song/Album Title due to our oversight). Please note that this does not apply to customization requests that we determine are unfeasible.
❌ Refunds WILL NOT be granted in these situations:
- If the final artwork has been delivered to your provided email address and accurately reflects all specified requests.
- If there are errors made by the customer in inputting the Artist Name, Song/Album Title, or Delivery Email. Should such mistakes occur, please contact us at hello@nonmig3008.com, and we will make the necessary corrections and resend the revised artwork.
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact us at hello@nonmig3008.com.
- Use “Refund Request” as the subject line of your email.
- Include your order number in the message.
- Clearly outline your reason for the refund request.
- Please await our response. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
